Thank you to everyone who has already paid the Chromebook insurance fee. If you haven't already, please make your payment through our web store (https://manaraacademy.revtrak.net/) as students will receiving their Chromebooks this week.
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to announce that this Friday will be the Student Chromebook Distribution Day. During this event, Manara Academy will be distributing Chromebooks for students in grades 3 to 12 to be used both at school and at home for the school year. To ensure a smooth process, please remember to address the following:
Damage Fees and Missing Cords: To existing families, please ensure that any outstanding damage or missing equipment fees are paid before reassigning a Chromebook via the link below.
Additionally, we request your continued assistance in searching for Chromebook charger that may not have been returned when students turned in their equipment last year.
Insurance Fee: This is a reminder that both returning and new students must pay the insurance fee for the 2024-2025 school year before they can pick up their device. The insurance fee was previously communicated to meet the teacher parent night, and several emails and text messages were sent. We thank everyone who has already completed this task, as this fee helps support normal wear and tear from daily usage of these devices.
Device Verification: This year, we are implementing measures to improve Chromebook device accountability. We will send a link to each student's email that includes photos of all items assigned to them. We ask you to check the photos with your child(ren) to make sure the items match what is assigned, and please keep an eye out for this email soon. Once the photos have been verified, please sign the form and return it to your child's homeroom teacher.
Thank you for your assistance and support, as this is essential to ensuring that each student is well-prepared and responsible for their Chromebook this year.
Please navigate to the link below access our Web Store, where you can make payment for the fees.
