Happy Cafe Au Lait day! Come enjoy some coffee in the staff lounge today! Look for the contest in the lounge while you get your coffee too! You are appreciated! Enjoy your Friday!

Good morning, Manara STEM families!
We are so happy to see all scholars back at school today! We definitely missed their smiling faces! We hope your break was restful and full of wonderful family time!
A few friendly reminders: All scholars should be in uniform each day. Our uniform shirt is a navy or gray shirt with the Manara logo on it and the bottoms should be either navy or gray in color (khaki is not permitted). Also, scholars can wear any jacket to school, but if it is not solid gray or navy in color, they will not be permitted to wear it throughout the day inside the classroom (only when going outside). If needing to purchase uniform clothing, please check out the French Toast website (our school code is QS616AR). Continuing this Friday, Jan. 6, we will have our "Free Dress Day" Friday for $1.00.
As always, if you have any questions, please reach out to your scholar's teacher or Mrs. Vinten (avinten@manaraacademy.org). Have a terrific Tuesday!

Happy New Year, Manara Community! We wish you all health and happiness in the new year, and look forward to seeing everyone back for classes tomorrow, Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at 8:00a.m.!

Good morning, families.
This morning from 8:45am until 9:15am our campus was under a "Shelter-In-Place" due to the quickly moving storms and tornado watch within the Arlington area. The staff made sure all scholars were in their designated safety areas during the "Shelter-In-Place". All scholars and staff are safe and have returned to our normal academic class time. I apprecitate the diligence of our staff and appreciate the scholars attention during this time. If you have any questions, please let me know (avinten@manaraacademy.org).

Hot chocolate bar is open for business! Make sure to stop by today & get your chocolate fix! Happy Thursday! #7daystogo!

Manara Academy is using VGo robots for the students who can’t physically go to school due to an illness, accident or medical condition.
VGo enables students to:
*Receive the same instruction as their peers
*Move around/between classrooms independently
*Socialize with friends in the hallways and at lunch
*Participate in a full school day with their classmates.
Manara Academy also uses VGo Robots to enhance teaching between campuses for our Emergent Bilingual and students with Dyslexia.

Welcome back, Ms. Salome! We're so thrilled to have you back at Manara as our ELAR Instructional Coach.
