Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is this week! Please help me in celebrating the BEST teachers and staff around! Within the newsletter you will find our Teacher Appreciation Week theme and all the fun things the PTO has been planning for the staff (a huge thank you to our PTO--read in the newsletter how you can sign up to help them out with some fun things this week for our staff)! I love celebrating our teachers and staff, and am thankful for all they do for each scholar every day! Thank you for helping to celebrate them this week!
Yearbooks are on sale and will arrive on campus in two weeks! Don't delay and order yours today! Field day will be on Thursday, May 18. For $5.00 on field day, your scholar will receive a t-shirt, lunch (hot dog & drink), and Kona Ice snow cone! Please send in the money with your scholar no later than Monday, May 15 so that all the items can be ordered for that day.

Look at what we have accomplished together Manara Community! Our students have engaged in 2,626 Live Help Tutoring Sessions for 66,584 minutes. That's 1,109.7 hours of tutoring! Our students won the National Paper Math Missions Challenge completing 7,242 math missions! Awesome!

Good afternoon, STEM families!
Tomorrow is our walk for Autism Awareness! Dress down tomorrow is $5.00 for all scholars, with also being able to wear superhero attire if they would like! We will have a snow cone truck here as well, with prices ranging from $4.00 to $8.00 for snow cones & ice cream! The Pre-K through 3rd graders will walk from 9:00am - 9:45am, with games afterwards, and the 4th through 8th graders will walk from 11:00 - 11:45 with games afterwards. If you need help with registration for the 2023-2024 school year, or registration for summer school, we can help you with that tomorrow as well! We look forward to a fun day! We're excited for tomorrow morning's Autism Awareness and Advocacy Walk! Students in Irving worked together to create this display--how great are their efforts?? A big thank you to Ms. Chamri (pictured) for all her hard work in organizing this event.
TOMORROW: Come and join us for Manara's superhero-themed Autism Awareness and Advocacy Walk! Irving's activities start at 8:30am, with food trucks at 10:30. Arlington's activities start at 9:00am, with food trucks during the morning. We look forward to seeing you and sharing in this community event together!
